Order Processing
We process orders from 9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 6 PM and on major holidays are queued for processing
the next business day. Shipments dispatch Monday - Friday. Prices and items are periodically subject to change. Orders based on incorrect
information are subject to cancellation.

In order to ensure the safety of sensitive customer information, we process payments using PayPal.

orders ship within 1 - 3 business days via UPS Ground from Los Angeles, CA.

Order Cancellations
and Non-Deliverable Orders
If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, please note that shipping charges are onrefundable
and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. To qualify for a refund, you must call us first for
a return authorization. The product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate
shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from purchase date. Refunds are only

Damaged Products
Please
inspect the products immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported within 15 days of receiving the delivery. You must call
us first for a return authorization in order to be eligible for a refund and reimbursement of shipping expenses.
